INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Organic Hemp Seed, Raw Shelled
2/3 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
1/3 fruit without skin and seed Avocados,raw
5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
1/2 tbsp lemon zest
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
3 Ice Cube
DIRECTIONS:
Add the hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, avocado, ice cubes, dill, lemon zest, and salt in a blender.
Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass and serve. (Alternatively, serve as a smoothie bowl.) If desired, garnish with additional dill.
